My 2016 Maserati Ghibli began having cylinder misfires under some specific, reproducible scenarios shortly after purchase as a new vehicle. After multiple attempts to correct the issue with the local dealer with very limited success I reached out to Lemon Law Group. I was quickly assigned an attorney and an arbitration specialist who took over my case. Throughout the process my attorney, Rachel, was accessible and prompt in responses to my questions on navigating the Florida Lemon Law process. The arbitration specialist, Randy, however set a new bar on professionalism and communication. He was always available to discuss the progression of my claim and we spoke at least once a week to ensure we were tracking in the right direction. Primarily due to Randys' diligence I was awarded a full re-purchase of the vehicle and I could not be more satisfied with his performance on this claim. J. A. Brooks

The entire process of lemon lawing my truck was an absolute nightmare. The first two months of the process, I can honestly say wasn't the best with Lemon Law. However, after my case moved around to the right folks, they did an amazing job at getting my case resolved.
