Our 2016 Corvette started out with a shudder issue which after 4 repair attempts was not addressed. We read the Lemon Law booklet included with the purchase of our vehicle and followed the outlined steps. The Lemon Law Group were very supportive and had no qualms dealing with GM on our behalf. I was fairly happy with LLG based on the result I got. They processed a claim with GM and got it done. I can tell these guys handle a lot of volume as it's hard to find someone willing to take on Lemon Law Cases to begin with. LLG kind of processes claims like an assembly line so don't expect them to be your best friend when e-mailing or talking to them on the phone. It's all business with LLG. The important thing to know is that nothing is fast in the Legal field and your car manufacturer will push your patience to the extreme. It took about 4.5 Months to get everything settled. It's shameful what GM will do to you in order to get you frustrated enough to just trade the car in and move on. But if you have a lot of patience, LLG will make them pay.
