Thank you so much for helping me get resolution to my on going issue with the dealership. Because of your help I was able to focus on other major situations in my life and be released of the stress of feeling of a nobody by the dealership. Everyone communicated with me in a timely manner and kept me involved (this meant the world to me). I cannot thank you all enough and would have never thought that a desperate Google search would have lead me to some amazing people.

I can’t say enough good things about this firm and how much they helped me and my family in our time of need when we most vulnerable and taken advantage of by “heavy hitters” like one of the big 3. LLG got me what I needed
LLG got the manufacturer to repurchase my car plus tag, tax & title, so the outcome was great, but my case worker that I dealt with was not very bright or was just so overloaded she couldn’t keep my details straight. When I’d ask her questions she talk all around it and never answer a direct question. Not like an attorney or politician will baffle you with BS. She just didn’t get it or was so distracted she didn’t know how to answer the question. Regardless, all she needed to do was keep track of the back and forth counter offers between the manufacturer and myself.

They have received money from General…
They have received money from General Motors Corporation for settlement of my claim, they have never set me my money I have been after them for over two months Keep getting checks in the mail They are definitely scamming people, going to the State Attorney general and filing a complaint also to the Miami BBB Do not use them this is a fair warning

Steve, with over thousands and thousands of successfully settled cases over many years, we have never had a client not receive their settlement funds. We mailed you check which you stated you never received. Then over the next few business days we left several voicemails and 3 follow up emails asking if you would prefer a free wire transfer or overnight FedEx check. Since we did not hear back from you we elected to overnight a check and emailed you the tracking number. A 1-star review feels a little harsh for a successfully settled case. We stand by the quality of our work as evident in our hundreds of 5 star reviews from satisfied clients across America.
