Mr. Spencer, we are a bit surprised by this review after we were able to get you a settlement that you were happy with as a result of our hard work and representing you. Saying you were horribly represented or we breached some contract does not make sense considering that our representation resulted in getting you a settlement that you wanted and freely accepted. Additionally saying we didn't respond to your BBB complaint that you filed on your own against the dealership prior to retaining us is confusing considering we had nothing to do with you filing a complaint against the dealership. Not only was the BBB complaint irrelevant to our representation of you, there was nothing to respond to and we had no involvement with you leaving the dealership a bad review and complaint with the BBB. We definitely want to make all of our clients happy and welcome back feedback that will help us provide the very best legal services, so if you have the opportunity to clarify exactly what we could have done better, please contact Steve Winston, [email protected]

Deborah your comments about the letters are inaccurate and that is not why we chose to discharge your claim. We understand that you are not happy that we did not move forward, but it is within our right to do so. After our attorneys reviewed your claim we felt it did not merit us moving forward into litigation. Your out of pocket cost was zero and you have the ability to find another attorney to take your claim. We stand by our reputation as evident in our hundreds of 5 star reviews from satisfied clients across America. If you have had a bad experience with our service, please contact Steve Winston, [email protected]
