After having couple of small Another 13 testers I fell in love with the scent and invested in full size bottle. To my disappointment the perfume received was awful and smelled nothing like Another 13. Myself and others noticed nothing but sharp smell of cheap mens deodorant or room freshener - no intricate fragrance tones characteristic to Another 13, or even any tones whatsoever. First, it was suggested that perfume needs time to mature as it was freshly mixed. Its been 2 months since I purchased it, and no notes have developed. The perfume was picked up for investigation where it was deemed to be a "high performing" perfume and nothing wrong was found. I received a replacement which still smells awfully same. It must be a bad batch Le Labo does not want to admit. The perfume is so bad, it doesn't take chemist to figure out something went wrong during mixing process.

Never received the parfume !!!! Ordered a month ago !!! ANd a customer serveice that never answered to us !!! 200 euros !!!! Seriously ?!

Rotten service from Paris on line store. Package sent to wrong address in another part of France per the post office tracking. 4 emails sent to customer service and none replied to after 2 weeks. Do they have anyone reading customer emails ?

So no service type person in the Copenhagen store , he was so not helpful, why was he even there? no need to go to the flagship store there is better service in the department stores, which say alot. Love the products but the staff ?? Erik Copenhagen Denmark

Nous attendons mon cadeau de noël avec mon compagnon depuis un achat effectué sur la boutique en ligne le 14 décembre car le site assurait une livraison avant Noël . Le paiement a bien été effectué, cependant aucune nouvelle du labo. Concernant le suivi de commande, un message indique qu’aucun moyen n’est disponible pour vérifier celui-ci. Nous avons envoyé maints e-mails au service client, sans aucun retour de leur part. Nous sommes le 24, il est 17:00, et je pense que ce sera un Noël sans cadeau pour moi. Mon compagnon en est vraiment navré. J’ai fait des achats sur Paris en boutique, je reste sidérée du niveau de qualité du service en ligne. Je reste dans l’attente d’un message … mais ma patience commence sérieusement à manquer.

During Black Friday period all of a sudden their Noir refill perfume ran out in Selfridges and Liberty’s. I find this at least disappointing.. I now have switched to Maison Crivelli.. all the best Le Labo.

I purchased the 500$ diffuser one year ago. It stopped working, so I politely wrote the company asking to repair knowing that the warranty had expired. That did not work so I took it apart and found the small air compressor was damaged due to glue in the fan. (Manufacturer problem) Again, I write asking if the company would sell me the part. They responded with “we do not make parts available to clients” Did some investigation and found the exact part from a robotics store at a cost of $4.00. Yes 4.00 bucks. !!!! I repaired the unit in 5 minutes. This product is a total rip off !!! What’s worse is the customer service so rude and dismissive. Spend your money elsewher !!!

No reply to any enquiry I have ever sent to their support email. A company that believes branding precedes service. I will seek fragrances that come with both.
