Le Labo FragrancesLe Labo Fragrances was born in Grasse and raised in New York, the city where they opened their first boutique in 2006. The boutique was named Le Labo ("The Lab" in French), going back to the roots of perfumery and allowing clients to witness their fragrance being freshly hand-blended. Today, that same simple intention remains... clients are invited to forge an intimate connection with fragrance itself, to experience the craft of slow perfumery, and to simply slow down and awaken their senses.

My bottle was damaged and I couldn’t use the spray top. I emailed customer service who asked for photos and original receipt. Within 2 days I had dispatch email, expecting a replacement cap but I was wrong, they sent a whole new bottle. Melissa dealt with my query throughout and it was a very unexpected treat and much appreciated. As a regular customer, I will remain loyal.

Had an issue with my order, as soon as customer service were made aware of this, they swiftly investigated it and made things right. I got the distinct feeling they genuinely wanted to sort things and improve the service going forwards. Which is very rare for large organisations. ☺️

The little spray nozzle at the top of my bottle of Another 13 vanished into thin air. I had about 25% of the scent left, and was on the verge of resigning myself to buying a whole new bottle when it occurred to me to email customer services. A prompt and helpful reply from Sadie - offering several solutions - led me to their store in Islington, London, where the nozzle was replaced in seconds by the helpful staff. And I discovered I could get the bottle refilled there when the time comes. Who knew? Really good to experience great customer service. Keep well, Le Labo, and keep us smelling divine ✨️

Mitzi, we’re delighted to hear that our team was able to guide you through a solution and that our Islington Lab continued the experience as we would have hoped and expected. Our refill program is a wonderful way to continue enjoying your favorite scent while also making a more sustainable choice. The program is available both online and in-store across the UK should you ever wish to explore it! As always, "Be well and smell good..." Warmly, Le Labo

Expensive but worth it, all the way down to the customer service. I had an issue with a 50ml fragrance I purchased and the customer service was so easy to work with. The service alone won me over and I went back to make another purchase because of it.
