I was particularly impressed with one scent and decided to order the discovery set. I have to say, the presentation and packaging were impressive, and I really enjoyed the fragrance I had in mind. Since I had already invested in the discovery set, I was hoping the company might offer a small discount toward purchasing the full-size bottle. Unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to be the case, and I’ll probably purchase from another brand instead. Sometimes you have to spend a little to make a customer feel valued and special. There are so many great fragrance brands out there, and I’ll likely continue exploring my options. It’s a shame, because I was genuinely interested in becoming a customer.

Love the hinoki products - a wonderful evocation of Japan. However why dont they have the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in pumps to make use in the shower easier and also offer large refill bottles. They do this for the hand wash. Also the conditioner is too thick and very difficult to squeeze out of thebottles.

Update. Order received. Customer support never responded. Not shipping out the order 2 weeks already, no response from customer support at all. Think twice before ordering anything

**EDIT** Originally I left them 1 stars for ignoring their emails and not responding to me but I have changed it to 3 stars due to receiving a replacement in the post but still no communication from customer services!! :/ **ORIGINAL REVIEW** This review is purely for their customer service. Ordered an item online, emailed them to say that the spray part of the bottle was faulty and to try arrange an exchange but now 2 emails and 14 days later no response! Its unacceptable considering how much they charge for their products!
