Bought 3 Le Creuset and spend $900 dollars, out of the 2 Le Creuset pot is rusted. Sent back and the staff did some polish and remove the rust. But came home use it for the first time 2 pots is actually leaking while cooking. Bought the pots not more than 1 week but sent for warranty it took forever to send back and no respond from the customer service. Send back for warranty but it took forever to get back the pot as promised the 14 days working day! This is how Le Creuset promise the life time warranty to the customer but it took forever to claim back the pot! Truly dissatisfied and disappointed with this brand! Definitely not recommend to anyone.

Bought 3 Le Creuset stainless steel pans £248. One of the lids has rusted and one of the pans rusted also. Took back to John Lewis Chester store and lady rubbed them with some polish and removed some of the rust from the lid and the surface rust from the pan and sent me on my way. Really disappointed as only 18 months old and was of belief Le Creuset were built to last. I now need to go buy some polish and keep polishing the rust out. Complete waste of money.

This is an average of experiences. I was in the same predicament as all of the one star reviews, not getting any response for weeks calling 877-273-8378 from their website. I found another number today and called877-418-5547 and Carol picked up right away. She handled my claim in minutes, I sent her photos over an email. And my pan should be here in two weeks. Maybe they should put that second phone number on their website. I hope this helps somebody.

Fantastic customer care for a lifetime product. Cathy Gerrard was extremely professional and helpful, she sent a replacement for my 3 year old casserole. I would never buy anything else to cook with. Thank you!

Yes, there is clearly something wrong with Creuset's customer service (and the product isn't perfect either). Our beloved signature enameled french oven chipped very badly at the bottom from dried spaghetti. No relation to hot temperature, hard objects, misuse, chemicals or anything like that. Just leftover spaghetti overnight on the bottom of the pot. After pulling out the spaghetti, the enamel chips off. 0.5mm cavities after that. Very strange, yet that's exactly what happened. And the customer service doesn't reply. Yes they shortly replied initially, but after trying to deal with the problem they don't reply anymore.

Dinnerware purchased for 400.00 (12 plates, 3 sets of 4 salad plates, and 12 bowls) online 9/9/19. They shipped out the plates and salad plates but informed me the bowls were no longer available (like I didn't want a full set?). I promptly called and after several days they finally called. I let them know that I didn't want half a set. They then sent me an RMA for the return of the product once it was delivered. I received the 12 plates but only 3 of the 12 salad plates were sent. Again, I called to see if there was going to be another box coming that included the other 9 salad plates. 3 days later I get a return call. NO, in fact there wasn't another box, indeed they only sent 3. They were finally sent. Now, I can send them back, right? wrong, I don't have an RMA for the 2nd box. Sent an email, no response. Sent another email, no response. As a matter of fact, I haven't received any correspondence regarding my order since 9/22/2019 and it's 10/10/19 and I still don't have my refund. Now I am forced to file a fraud claim with my CC company. I personally will never shop Le Creuset online again.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! Poor quality product! My enamel melted after only using it 4 times. Even though it’s a lifetime warranty, they won’t cover heat damage - what else is a frying pan made for?? Will never buy this product again!

The customer service was a little lacking in response time, but we are happy because we have owned our set for around 30 years and had two Dutch ovens chipping on the inside, a 12” skillet handle broken off and a small skillet with a wooden handle that eventually came off after the internal metal hook rusted in to. We paid to ship all the pieces which was spendy but if they replaced just one, the savings would have paid for the shipping. As it turned out, Le Crueset sent a new handle to replace the wooden one, replaced the 12” skillet and the two dutch ovens, all at no cost to us. We did have to make several calls and did have to go with a different color for the large oven. Each piece delivered at different times. I realize we are working with a French Company and sometimes kindness and patients goes a long ways. Le Crueset honored their warranty after 30 years of wear, that is what My wife and I are grateful for. We have 3 new pots and pans and after paying the shipping, still saved hundreds of dollars. For that, We can put up with a little customer response issue.
