Absolutely horrific customer service. Order placed in March. In May the item arrived damaged and retuned. Now is June and I still don’t have my purchase delivered. After numerous e-mails which never were answered and calls of minimum 30+ min wait for the response, they keep saying they will ship it and never do. I have spent hours trying to communicate with them with no result. So disappointed.

What an iconic brand associated with excellence, however customer service could not be further from excellence. Placed an order last Monday and the webpage crashed and said i had to try again later, so i started doing order again then i thought i would check to see if i had been charged, low and behold order amount has been taken from my account, send email on Tuesday morning and got swift reply to say order had been successful and i would receive a confirmation email for my order, so 7 days later, 5 emails sent and countless voicemails left with no reply to either, i still have no confirmation email and am out of pocket the order amount. In the age of online shopping and the current state of the world you would think online stores would be able to at least reply, it took a reply to a social media post complaining before i got any acknowledgement today, even then it was vague at best and they are going to pass my details on to the department that ive been ignored by for the last week. Please dont waste your time ordering direct, go through a retailer as its really not a good online shopping experience.

The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is to give the benefit of the doubt with the current (pandemic) situation and LC not prepared to adapt quickly. That said, their customer service and communications are sub-par at best. I have a background in consumer marketing and customer experience so I’m not just an angry customer being impatient. I ordered my Dutch oven on April 26. I realize that supply chains and other processes have been upended due to the pandemic. I still have not received my purchase. Yet my credit card was charged and I get promotional emails everyday. When I called on May 28, I was told the color I selected was out of stock. But I was never notified as such. So if I didn’t call I wouldn’t have known. I chose another color but never received a confirmation email or anything. But it did receive a follow-up survey about how I liked my product that I didn’t even receive yet. Three Phone calls so far - at least 30-40 min each time on hold - have yielded nothing. Typically I can’t even get through. I posted on social media and quickly got a response but no resolution. I will never buy direct from them again. LC - get your front-end sales better aligned with your back end service ops. Invest in systems and people that resolve issues and communicate along the customer journey. Still waiting for a resolution....

I have been on hold for 1 hour, 1 min and 48 seconds (and still waiting....) just to get a Returns Authorization Merchandise Number (RMA). They use COVID-19 as an excuse for the long hold and late shipping dates. Once I finally get an RMA number to return the pan I will not purchase from Le Creuset because of the extremely POOR customer service. I believe they keep you on hold excessively long hoping you will give up and keep the item. I also see why they say you have to call to get the RMA number - all other companies offer a way to print on a return label. Very Disappointed!!!

I received a Le Creuset as a wedding gift, and the first time I used it it cracked! I called to see about a replacement and was on hold for over two hours with no response. All my emails went unanswered as well. I would not order this product!

Order through a retailer instead. My order arrived shattered from poor packaging. Le Creuset was unreachable. They don't reply to e-mails and it's not possible to get through to them over the phone - I left my phone on for hours and never got past the hold.

I ordered a Dutch oven a month ago, but I only got a free egg carton. I emailed them and called their customer service again and again. They never answered. I spent $250 to get a $60 egg carton. Don’t trust their website. They have a great promotion but it’s a scam that I never receive my item. I am going to dispute through my credit card company.

I ordered a Dutch oven over a month ago and received an empty box upon delivery, then after being on hold for over two hours I was hung up on. I can’t review their cookware cause I still haven’t received it but their customer service is the worse thing possible.
