I ordered a cookware set; paid via pay pal, and I've yet to receive my order! I've reached out several times via email and no response!!! It turns out the company I placed the order with was a scam company! Be aware...,their website looked legit!! Le crueset did help me; I was able to get my money refunded from pay pal with their documentation!

Bought their frying pan Le Creuset 26, thinking for once I'll buy an expensive pan, perhaps there's a reason for it. I followed the instructions for 1st use. I was so disappointed that almost all the things I cooked sticks and get stuck I have to scrape it. The handle also gets hot. Anything you can do for me?

UPDATE: Le Creuset replaced the pot after this review was posted, and also apologized for the delay. The new pot arrived and I'm very happy with it. I just wish they initially treated their customers with the same respect before you leave a review on a public site. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Le Creuset promised me a replacement for my pot. They tell you to destroy the pot in order to get a replacement. I did that. I guess it was part of a joke where they promise you something and you are left without a pot to cook in. It's been a month and a half now and customer service just gives you the runaround. If you're not going to replace it after promising, don't tell people to destroy their pots. It makes no sense. Really disappointed in this company. PS: I am NOT the kind of person who leaves reviews, this whole thing has just been infuriating.

They do not stand behind their products. Back in December of 2020, they told me a defective pan would be replaced. 10 emails later promising me to send a replacement, no replacement pan. When I asked to have a supervisor contact me, no contact. They do not stand behind their lifetime warranty. Instead their warranty should read: Call us and we will promise to replace but realize all replacements are forever lost in the mail.

Awful customer service. One of my cast iron sauce pans broke and I was confident I'd get a replacement. Two mails, no answer. Contacted a kitchen store and they tried to help me, but still a no from the Danish customer support. I was very loyal to their products until now, but until this is solved I will not buy them anymore. Update: Got an answer from Le Creuset, C&P: "Hvis det stemmer, ber vi deg flytte anmeldelsen til den rette virksomhetsprofilen innen tre dager." Dette her er rette virksomhet. Jeg har kontaktet dere direkte og Kitch'n i Norge og fått ingen svar/avslag? Jeg svarte direkte på deres mail til Kitch'n i siste mail fordi jeg fikk den videresendt.

My replacement Dutch oven finally arrived and is beautiful. I only wish Le Creuset would have had the curtesy to let me know they had received my damaged Dutch oven and then I would at least know that the replacement process was in action. It took about three months from start to finish with no communication from Le Creuset other than the replacement suddenly appeared.

Recently I saw that Le Creuset had a sale. I saw this an an opportunity to order cookware to fill in my collection. The descriptions of the linked "sale" items were incomplete in terms of their size, and as I discovered when I received the items-so were the quality and finish of the color of the pans. White gloss vs. matte enamel. When I called to return the items I was told all sale items were final. I said that was not clearly stated- I was told it was. When I looked at the confirmation it was in tiny, tiny type at the bottom of a very long email, which purposed to sell me more cookware. I'm truly disappointed - as I thought the quality of their service should match the quality of their cookware. Well, I guess it's Staub for me now. Oui revoir Le Creuset.

Terrible customer service, inferior products. Honestly, my experience with this company could not have been worse. I don’t know how their company is still in business. I bought three items from their store directly- a cast iron fry pan, dutch oven and a regular pot (all less than 6 weeks old when I contacted Le Creuset customer service). The Dutch oven and pot are average at best and the cast iron fry pan is the WORST pan I have ever had the dissatisfaction of using- everything sticks to it, even on the lowest heat settings and even when following the directions exactly with large amounts of butter and oil. Everything sticks so badly that the food is totally ruined and then it takes days (yes, days) to clean- having to soak the pan so remove all the burnt on food. If this were not bad enough, their customer service is appalling. They take an upwards of 10 days to respond to email and NEVER answer the phone even during their supposed regular business hours. When they finally respond to the email they have repeatedly said that they do not offer store credit or refunds of any of their products (lifetime warranty? What a joke but not funny). They said they could give me another replacement pan, ignoring the fact that I have repeatedly told them that I do not want a replacement pan because the pan sucks and I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. I am fully convinced that all of their good reviews are bought and paid for. Do yourself a favor and save your money and time and avoid dealing with this company at all costs. I bought two replacement pans at Ross for a fraction of the cost that work infinitely better.
