Purchased on the Stove Kettle within two months the metal plate came loose and steams leeks from the lid. Have had not response from their email address for over 26 days. Will never use this brand again.

Nichts dort kaufen ! Weil die gleichen Artikel 50 Euro bei zb Amazon guenstiger sind. In meinem fall eine Pfanne die direkt beim Hersteller 199,- kostet und bei Amazon 149. Auf Nachfrage beim Hersteller und den Hinweis das ich mich uebers Ohr gehauen fuehle, kam die Nachricht ,,Kartellrecht" Sie koennen keine Preise vorschreiben. Ach was haette ich auch gewusst. Aber scheinbar ist die Pfanne so billig das ein Retailer sie 50 Euro Guenstiger anbieten kann und dazu noch Gewinn macht gegenueber dem Hersteller selbst. Ein Gutschein haette gereicht. Somit mein erster und sofort letzter Kauf.

Bought a pot in Feb and found a hole at the bottom after only using it for a month. Customer service is awful. I wrote an email and submitted pictures as requested and then never heard back. Very disappointing!

UPDATE: Le Creuset reached out to me after I posted my review. They sent me a free Dutch oven! Seems they are really making an effort to reach out to people whom they have offended. I really appreciate it! ORIGINAL REVIEW: This is straight up the RUDEST company I have ever contacted. I have filled out a “contact us” form TWICE on their website and never received a response. Suffice it to say that I won’t be purchasing their products, ever.

Don’t waste your money on these expensive products the company stated they have a life time warranty this is a joke they don’t warranty anything don’t waste your money and time on trying to submit a claim they will deny your claim

Wish I could give 0 stars. Avoid ordering directly from them at all costs. Their customer service is horrendous and in my opinion a total scam. They give you the run around, are rude, misleading, and just plain awful in hopes that you will never be able to return a product to them. I don’t know how they are even able to operate. The BBB should have them shutdown for stealing from customers.

Awful! I ordered something months ago for my friends 30th and it still hasn't shipped!

I received a French oven as a gift. When I finally went to use the oven, I noticed marks/uneven glazing etc... I contacted Le Creuset by email and received a response in 1 business day. Customer service asked for pictures of the pot. I messed up on some pictures and had to re-send. I got a response, in a matter of days that they will be sending a new French oven, when they receive mine. Le Creuset sent a link for paid return. Love, Love that they did that. I am looking forward to my new oven. Will purchase from them again. Painless customer service. Thank you Le Creuset!!!
