The knob on one of my casseroles is showing some rust and this never happened with my previous black ones.I asked for a new one (at little cost to this company on a product that cost me over £200.) I was asked for photos which i provided. Since then i have been ignored. I have emailed 4 times and had no reply.Looking at other reviews on trustpilot i now see why. What a dreadful customer service. I think this is now worthy of a complaint letter to Watchdog and also the CEO of Le Creuset in case he does not realise what is happening to his company.

Short shipped a week before Christmas. Customer Service response was nonexistent, and it took 2 calls and 6 emails to finally find out that the item was out of stock. Allegedly I’ll get a refund in a few weeks. For a luxury brand this was an absolutely subpar customer experience, and now it’s too late to order elsewhere in time. If someone in customer service had deigned to respond to my numerous inquiries in a timely manner, then I could have figured something out. Now it’s too late.

AVIOD this overpriced item with zero customer services and a worthless warranty. Typical gallic French arrogance is what I encountered when I dared suggest that the handle on the lid of my eye-wateringly expensive casserole pot shouldn't have fallen apart after three months. Seems their much vaunted warranty is worthless. They wanted another fortune to replace a defective part that any British company selling what these crooks claim to be the best cast iron cookware in the world would have replaced for free and paid for return of the defective part for analysis. An improved and upgraded metal vs plastic handle was sourced for £2.50 off eBay, and I've since bought a second -- absolutely identical -- cast iron casserole from a British supermarket for 1/5th of the price. Don't waste your money buying nothing more than an undeserved reputation from this despicable company. It's a shame, because I like Cast Iron enamelled cookware and would have purchased more (albeit painfully expensive items) but you'll notice that they clearly have a problem with their customer services attitude. As I often tell people: it is not how good is the product and the initial purchasing experience that matters; it's how the company respects its customers when things go wrong

No stars if possible. I received broken plates on delivery from le Creuset. I have sent so many emails and tried to call numerous times too. I've attached photos of the broken plates. They keep me on hold on the telephone then end the call without speaking. They have completely ignored and dismissed me. I have recieved no response or care whatsoever from them. I will never ever buy from them again.

Ich bestellte bei Le Creuset Pfeffer-und Salzstreuer. Die Lieferung sollte über UPS erfolgen. Leider erschien der Lieferdienst zu Angestellten-im-Dienst unfreundlichen-Zeiten,morgens 9:40 Uhr und das angeblich 3 mal. Seitdem ruht still der See. Ich habe weder die , mit PayPal bereits bezahlte Ware erhalten, noch reagiert der Kundendienst von LeCreuset auf meine Mails. Ich bin ansonsten sehr zufrieden mit den Produkten von LeCreuset, aber den online-Shop werde ich meiden. Nie wieder!

I bought a set of these pans and pots years ago for Christmas. Worst purchase ever. Everything sticks like glue. DO NOT BUY!! The company reached out. One pan was the real culprit and they are willing to replace. I am willing to give it another try. The company reached out and replaced the pan for free. So far so good!!

Nice products, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service! I have been on hold to cancel an order for almost twenty minutes already. These people are absolutely awful at what they do. It's literally enough to keep me from ever using their products again.

My order was damaged on the way and rerouted back to the company. I waited two weeks for a replacement but they had no idea what was going on. I asked for a refund. This was back in mid-september. It is now beginning of November and Im still responsible for a dutch oven that never came. Talked to 4 different service reps throughout the last 6 weeks. Kept getting the run arounds. This company is a joke. PS...Im waiting on the manager or supervisor to call me when they get to it. There is no direct line or any way for me to contact them.
