Le CreusetReviews of lecreuset.com

Le Crueset is my go to Kitchen Helper for my Chinese, French , Hispanic, Indian, Italian & Fusion Cusine 🥰 I own a 13” round Dutch oven , a Wok , a Tea kettle and a few other dishes in hot red. Customer online & in store is simply superb ❣️ 🌶 🍗 🐠 🥘

Received pan with wrong lid, way too small, lid goes to bottom of pan. Called and they said send it back and they'd send another as they can't just ship a lid. Received replacement, same problem, lid way too small. I called again and said if I'm just going to keep getting the wrong lid then I just want to return it. ZERO attempt to fix it, they just said ok and sent me a return label. I would think Le Creuset would have top notch customer service but is in fact the complete opposite. Take your business elsewhere. EDIT: After all that, 3 weeks after they received the return I still have no refund. Had to call and find out I wasn't on the refund list. I'm told I have to wait another 7-10 days to get a refund.

Terrible service. Le Creuset agreed to replace my dutch oven under warranty, claimed they shipped the replacement, then stopped responding to me for months. They only replaced my product after I complained to BBB. I will never buy from this company again.

I bought a kettle and the spout melted and ran down the side of the kettle. Customer service responded with this: My name is Rebecca and it will be my pleasure to assist you with this claim. Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. We are sorry to see that your kettle whistle has melted. After review of your photos, our Quality Assessment team has deemed that a melting whistle, is an issue that often happens when the flame from a gas stove surpasses the base of the kettle and melts the whistle. This is unfortunately considered an accidental misuse and not a manufacturing defect. Please note that our Kettles are under a 5 year warranty on all manufacturers’ defects. This does not cover regular wear and tear or accidental misuse due to impact.

I am extremely impressed with Le Creuset customer service. I have recently contacted them about 2 issues and they have been more them helpful. I have been sent replacements at no cost to myself, which was way beyond what I was expecting. This is the best and fastest response I have had from any company in many years and it gives me great confidence to continue to invest in my Le Creuset items.

VERY BAD customer service. I followed their website policy and cancelled my order within 24 hours. They declined my request to cancel and processed it anyway! UNACCEPTABLE! DO NOT order from them!!!

This is our 6th Le Creuset but the stockpot is a waste of money and dealing with Le Creuset is a nightmare.
