Be careful purchasing a product from Le Creuset. I bought a ‘whistling kettle’ and the plastic whistle ended up being damaged in a move. You cannot buy replacement parts, rather, they will offer you a ‘rebate’ on purchasing a brand new item. I dont need a new kettle. I need the $2 plastic whistle. Not impressed and won’t be purchasing another of their items.

Eine absolute frecheit! Diese Firma betrügt ihre Kunden in dem sie Produkte für sehr viel Geld verkauft und die Qualität dabei extrem schlecht ist! Wir haben einen Wasserkocher für 70€ gekauft und haben nach ca. 2 Wochen Rost auf der Beschichtung von innen festgestellt. Die Antwort des Kunden Supports: das ist kein Garantie Fall. Wir sollen den Rost einfach abwischen und gut ist! Wir werden das schon auf Prinzip nicht auf uns sitzen lassen und Werden hier rechtlich vorgehen!

Ich bekam zu Weihnachten einen Kaffeebereiter dieser Firma geschenkt. Leider haben wir bereits bei unserem ersten Campingurlaub die Ziermutter auf dem Deckel verloren. Um ein Ersatzteil zu erwerben habe ich mich an die Firma gewandt. Hier bekam ich postwendend das Ersatzteil, aus Kulanz völlig kostenfrei! Einfach Spitze !

I purchased the Set of 3 Toughened Nonstick Pro Fry Pans for a Christmas gift. Both of the large pans (26cm & 30 cm) had a form of “deep scratch” in them, which is was very disappointing to have, as this was a Christmas present. The 26cm pan “scratch” was very easy to see right away as soon as we removed the paper marketing circle. The 30cm pan was a little harder to see at first glance. I completed an online return and emailed their customer service department pictures. Each time it took many days for the customer service person to email back with further information including the link to create a return label. I had to continuously follow up with 2nd requests on my emails and wouldn't hear back from them for days again. they graciously provide a 10% discount on future orders but nothing for the inconvenience for the 2 damaged pans and the delays. I sent the return pans back on Friday Jan 14th, which they received the following Monday, and still had to follow up again on the 19th when I would receive the replacement pans. The answered back that day "sincerely apologizing" (again for the delay) that "your replacement order has been processed and will be shipped to the address below shortly" and "Please note that the 10% courtesy discount for use on a future purchase was offered as a customer service gesture and we unfortunately cannot offer offer any refunds or discounts on your existing order in accordance with our policies". On Tues Jan 25th I emailed asking for the courier and tracking number of the replacement pans. On Mon Jan 31st I received a response with the courier and tracking number and the pans finally arrived. So more than a month since I started the process, I received the replacement pans (not damaged). It was an absolute terrible experience and will not purchase any future cookware from them again (and I have ordered various products in the past) due to this poor customer service experience.

Propose des produits 'garantie à vie' de la marque Le Creuset et, lorsque le revêtement de la sauteuse à 190 € s'épluche au bout de 5 ans, ils ne la prenne pas sous garantie invoquant une surchauffe ?! Sur de l'induction ? Faire sauter à feu doux ? Marque surévaluée, rien de qualité.

Absolutely disgusting level of customer service in both the Live Chat (Hannah)and then on a phone call (Rachel) This company doesn’t give a toss about customers or production issues. Will be getting a refund and going elsewhere. Expected more but am clearly deluded by a company that lives off its name alone.

Recently ordered online from their Irish site. I assumed since they have a store in Kildare and the parent company is in France that it would be coming from Ireland or France. Nowhere did the site mention that it would be shipped from the UK. Because the UK is no longer in the EU, I had to pay surprise customs charges. But worse, the Irish tax was included in the price I paid on the site - but they didn't fill out the forms correctly so I also had to pay the same tax when it got here. So I paid customs and VAT twice from ordering off an ".ie" website. I sent en email to their customer service and it got bounced back saying their email was full and couldn't receive any more messages. I can't fathom why a French company with a store in Ireland would need to ship from the UK while not mentioning this on the website. As the others here have noted, it's useless trying to reach customer service. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I will never buy from them again, as I feel their website is deceitful.

I bought an expensive pan less than 1 year ago which is now showing signs of rusting and no longer non stick in areas - I thought the process would be simple I have a 10 year guarantee all I have to do is speak with UK customer services and they will help - not the case Emails don’t get answered and the phone goes straight to hold music you can’t speak to anyone For the prices charged and from a brand you are led to believe you can trust their service is deplorable and utterly disappointing - it shouldn’t be this difficult - there should be an option to leave no stars on reviews 1 in this case is too high
