The website says ‘free gift with purchase’ among other statements such as ‘free shipping over $99’. When I received my order, there was no gift . What they said implies all purchases. That’s really sneaky and false advertising. Where’s my gift? I want to return. First time shopping with LC USA but I’m disappointed. I have 4 other pans and many other crockery in storage in europe and I got this to try and feel at home but I have never been so disappointed opening a box of a LC product 👎🏻 way to under-deliver. I should go to retail ombudsman over false advertising.

Le Creuset Wasserkessel 2,1 Liter. Circa gerade mal ein Jahr alt, fängt der Kessel am oberen Rand an zu rosten. Dort, wo der Ausgießer mit dem Kessel verbunden wurde rostet es ebenfalls. Mehr als nur enttäuschend. Marke, Preis, Garantieversprechungen, Qualität, alles nicht vorhanden, nur auf dem Papier. Also von "vererben" kann da keine Rede sein. (Werbung des Herstellers) Es sei denn, man stellt ihn nur hin zum angucken, nicht zum gebrauchen. Ich schätze, da wäre ein "billig Wasserkessel" die bessere und sicher auch haltbarere Alternative gewesen.

Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen hier nicht bestätigen. Die Reklamation eines großen Bräters wurde innerhalb weniger Tage bearbeitet und der Bräter aus Kulanz ersetzt, obwohl der Schaden nicht als Garantiefall eingestuft worden war. Absolut kundenfreundlich!

I have quite a few Le Crest pots and pans. I recently experienced that the enamel in my largest and most expensive pot had peeled after making soup. One of the reasons all my pots and pans are from this brand was because of the lifetime warranty so I felt safe knowing no matter what happened I would get a replacement. Well that is just not true. I used this pot just like all the other pots on my induction stove, and again I was making soup so no high heat. I contacted customer service just to receive a message back weeks later notifying me that it was misuse of the of the pot had caused the peeling. So yup not unexpectedly as so many other companies the fault was pushed back to the user. WHY oh WHY do they even use words like lifetime warranty when it really is NOT so, and you just end up feeling like a failure for not even being able to make soup without breaking the pot? Needless to say the pot will NOT be replaced by a Le Creuset pot. Ticket 50929 I think

Sauteuse achetée chez un petit quincaillier, produit sois disant garanti à vie. ARNAQUE produit à fuir. Au bout d'un an et demi la sauteuse est tellement bombée qu'elle est inutilisable, retour chez le vendeur, diagnostique, mauvaise utilisation pas pris en garantie. Publicité mensongère, produit de m..... ne vaut pas la moins chère de fabrication chinoise. A FUIR

Le creuset se vante de produits garantie à vie, il n'en est rien, ils trouveront toujours un prétexte comme soit disant mauvaise utilisation. Une forme d'escroquerie.

Wir haben vor 2,5 Jahren einen Braeter über einen Shop bei Amazon gekauft. Trotz ordnungsgemäßer Handhabung bildeten sich zuletzt Schlieren und Kratzer am Boden. Eine Reklamation wurde abgelehnt!!! Wir haetten den Topf nicht richtig behandelt. Eine Frechheit uns das zu unterstellen.30 JahreGarantie!! Ha,ha. aber wir sind offensichtlich nicht die Einzigen, die auf Le Creuset reingefallen sind.
