I had an awesome experience with LEAU. Shipping was fast, and the quality + craftsmanship of the pieces were way better than I could’ve ever expected. I have struggled with sizing and everything fit great. I would definitely order from them again!

I purchased several items during a sale and I'm disappointed to say the least. The quality is poor and although I followed the size chart everything fits weird. Unfortunately I can’t return anything because everything I bought was on sale. I regret making this purchase.

I purchased the cote cap sleeve pocket mini dress in white for my bridal shower and I loved it! Quick shipping, great packaging and most importantly a great fit!! I had so many compliments and referred so many people to this store.

We ordered two corset tops from LEAU and only received 1 item. We immediately contacted LEAU to let them know and the initial email back said they would be happy to help and to send a copy of the packing slip, etc which we did on 5 June 2024. It is now 26 July 2024 and we have sent several follow-up emails, but haven heard anything. This company has literally STOLEN $122 from us and caused much anxiety with 2 girls fighting over 1 top.

A discount was automatically added to checkout, which at the time I thought was great only to find out later that the seller won't accept returns for a refund if a discount code is used. Expensive return cost, shocking customer service (took days to respond, which then exceeded the return window), small return window, only in it for the sale. Clearly money hungry and only seem to care about the sale not the quality of the garment or satisfaction of their customers. 0/100

This company is the most unprofessional company I have dealt with for clothing. I placed an order on June 29th and it hasn’t even been processed yet. I have emailed them 5 times now with no response. I am even leaving comments on social media to no avail. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Very shady and I just either want a refund or the clothes. Completely ridiculous and TERRIBLE customer service!!!!
