I ordered a black corset top maybe a month ago and I loved it so much I just bought the white version. I would say everything popular is usually on pre order so my black corset top took like a month to arrive. BUTTT ITS THE MOST SNATCHING THING EVER. I’ve never gotten more compliments before. Just be wary if it says pre order on the website it will take a while to arrive.

Do not buy from them
Bought a corset top from them it’s been almost a month still waiting. It says my corset is in elk Grove Village. It’s been there for almost 4 days now. Tried contacting. Leau customer service no help did not reply back clearly they’ve left me on seen, Horrible they’ve stolen my money.

Not received item
On October 24, 2024, I purchased an item from Leau Clothing through their website and opted for express shipping, expecting timely processing and delivery. However, it has been three business days, five days in total and I have not received any notification or tracking information for my order.
I attempted to contact Leau Clothing’s customer service regarding the status of my order but have not received any response. This lack of communication, coupled with the delay, is disappointing given the extra fee I paid for express shipping.

Thank you for your feedback. All of our in-stock orders ship within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping upgrades for Priority or Express do not include our processing times. The shipping surcharges are only for the transit time.
If you purchased an item on pre-order, those will be shipped at a later date and faster shipping surcharges will only apply to the transit time once the pre-order is back in stock!
If you can share your order number and details, I can surely have a team member look into this for you ASAP!

I never received my item
I never received my item, it’s been 12 days now , the item was never shipped, I have not gotten any update, I have never experienced anything like this in the years I’ve done online shopping , there is no way contacting costumer service or anything and the store just ruined my birthday , cause unfortunately I didn’t buy a second option, they never answer emails or even dms on instagram, I’m never buying from here again , worst and terrible customer service, and also they claim that pre orders are shipped 48 hours after getting in stock , my top was always in stock, I’m not an idiot , I can bloody read , and the size I choose claimed to be in stock, and I bought it , if the top wasn’t so expensive I would let it go , I used my birthday money for this one, but trust me they will be hearing from my bank , I refused to be scammed by some small LA business

It looks like you ordered our Muse Corset based on your other reviews which has recently gone viral on Tiktok and therefore is currently on pre-order. Pre-orders are estimated to ship by the date listed on the product page and do not adhere to our "in-stock" processing and shipping timeframes.
All of our in-stock items are processed and shipped within 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-orders are estimated to ship the week of the date listed on the product page. However, pre-order dates are only close estimates.
The Muse Corset, since going viral, has been on pre-order since mid-August and we are actively producing this style to meet the demand (which we are so incredibly thankful for!). However, we'd love to look into this further with you and see what can be done and help remedy this for you if you can provide your order number for us!
