I preordered a dress 11/5/24 that said it would ship 11/11/24; i emailed them 11/14/24 asking for order status: no response. When i disputed my charge was the only time Olivia emailed me stating they would not work on my order due to the chargeback dispute. 2 months later I am getting charged for the same item and when I emailed them, once again a long automated message stating not to email them multiple times and I am stuck with not getting to talk to anyone about when I should expect my order and its now 1/27/25. Sucks, wish they actually were a good company. it was for order #59759

Immediate exchange options so items easy to ensure fit (make sure to read fine print on amount of exchanges allowed during sale periods).

I ordered the black corset top in early December hoping to wear it for new year eve and I have gotten no notifications. I’m really hoping to get some sort of response because I am worried that it’s not coming. I shipped it to my boyfriend’s house but won’t be here much longer and am worried I will be gone when it gets delivered. Love the top and really hoping I get it so I can wear it!

I was so excited to order the mesh corset top on December 2nd because I’m such a fan of the design. The website stated that it would ship during the week of December 16th, but to my great disappointment, I haven’t received any updates since placing the order. I’m really hoping to wear this top on New Year’s Eve, and now I’m starting to worry it won’t arrive in time. This has been such a letdown, especially because I selected express shipping to ensure a timely delivery. I would love to hear from the team soon about when I can expect my order. I ordered a dress last week for my graduation this week. I already had a disaster happen with my first dress but this experience has made it worse. I paid for express shipping to have it here in time and I received it yesterday which was great. I opened the package and begin to inspect the dress and noticed a soiled stain on the back. The dress was perfect but it came dirty. And now I’m stuck dress-less. Worst experience ever. I spoke with a representative who was very helpful in the matter and a remedy was met. Customer satisfaction seems to be top priority . Thank you LEAU !

Bought a Christmas gift for my girlfriend on 12/6/24 and only have an order confirmed email. Not even a shipping tracking number and based off these other reviews this is normal. Would love if someone could Help me out as I would hate if this order arrived after Christmas. Edit: Gia the owner reached out and let me know about the situation and I hadn’t noticed about the “pre order” but not even 24 hours later I have now received a shipping email. Thank you to Gia for the help. Amazing customer service.
