I placed an order on February for a dress I wanted to wear for my rehearsal dinner and I never received a confirmation email or a response back when I inquired about the tracking information. It's so upsetting because it's an expensive dress and I feel left in the dark. It's such a special occasion for me and I'm not even sure if I will get my dress. I've emailed them twice and not one response.

They are ABSOLUTELY terrible with responding!!!!! I did an instant exchange and never received an email about them receiving the return (which I have proof of the return getting delivered to them) or them shipping out the new size. They are claiming they will charge me for the second dress if they do not receive the return by March 14, but NO ONE IS SENDING ME ANY CONFIRMATION!!!! They are ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY. This ruined my birthday plans for next week. There was two weeks that went by with no email or response. I would appreciate help, but highly upsetting.

I ordered the Ramona in XL recently. For reference I am 5’2 206 lbs and pretty curvy. The dress quality is amazing, the fabric is soft yet durable and is perfect for my occasion. I had a wonderful experience with Leau costumer support, I specifically spoke Lisa and she accommodated me and made my experience a breeze.

I ordered the Muse top in the size small and it ended up being too small, but I was out of town and missed the return window. Customer support was super understanding and still allowed me to exchange down to a smaller size even though it was outside of the return window. I really appreciated the courtesy that they gave me and also can confirm the quality of the top was really good.

SO, SO BAD—DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I also got sucked into buying the mesh corset. I emailed them immediately—just three hours after placing my order—to request a size change. They offered no flexibility, responding the next day to say they couldn't make any changes. I paid a high shipping fee, and when I finally received the item, I was right—it didn’t fit. I followed their return process exactly as instructed, sent it back through their portal, and then… silence. One month passed, then two. When I finally emailed them, they gave me excuses. They claimed delays due to the LA fires and said they were late in locating returned items. Then they asked me to track down the package myself. I found the tracking number online with all the necessary details. After that, they asked me to send them the physical receipt from months ago—completely unreasonable. Their warehouse management is an absolute mess. I wish I had never purchased from them, and I’ll be telling everyone to stay away!

This is my second time ordering with LEAU and each time my order is shipped out almost immediately. The quality is amazing can’t wait to wear what I bought! Customer service was great.

You know, I read these before purchasing, but ignored because I thought it couldn't be me. But it seems I'm now in the same position of having to reach out by writing this review. I ordered a month ahead of my engagement party trying to get a dress to wear. 2 weeks and theres no update. I email and there is no update up until now and its been a month of NO email or communication. It's so wrong as a business owner myself to have excommunication with your own customers. There is no phone line, so you can't call. Anyway, be warned, you place an order and it may not come even when they say it is in stock and standard shipping takes 5 days. If someone from Leau wants to make this right, my order # is 64174. I asked MULTIPLE times to cancel my order and NOT ship my order weeks after it has been placed and not shipped. **UPDATED REVIEW: 02/19/25)** The Leau team has reached out to me and we have resolved everything needed on their end. They were quite responsive and helpful in getting a refund. I appreciate the turnaround this time. Overall, I just wished the customer service was better from the start but the resolution ended positively.

I ordered a beautiful red satin dress and it truly matched all my expectations! Such a great fit, wonderful material true to what it said in the description! Really a wonderful product!
