Incredible Experience at the International Leap Academy's Leadership Conference! I had the opportunity of attending the Global Leap Academy and International LEAP Network ‘s “The New Possible” Leadership Conference, and what a memorable and deeply inspiring event it was!! Making invaluable connections with brilliant minds and leaders from around the world, we all immersed ourselves in insightful sessions and workshops, sharing experiences with other accomplished leaders and innovators. This weekend has left me equipped with new perspectives and strategies. The experience truly broadened my horizons and I am excited to apply these learnings to my journey ahead and help colleagues grow their business and meet their goals! So thankful to connect with these likeminded accomplished leaders and coaches!!!

The structure and the learning process is robust and working out to 95%. The rest is captured by the very professional coachings. I find it extremly valuable to be in a group of people that have the same mindset and are very supporting to each other. Therefore the exchange on the conference was very precious as it pushed the trust in the network to the next level - really valuable

This is an excellent program for those who are willing to put the work in. The training content is useful and well crafted. The coaching sessions are inspirational and supportive. Lastly, the network is second to none!

Leap Academy is an incredible journey. Our recent conference in San Diego was outstanding! The event was well planned, the location was beautiful, the coaches brought their A-Game, our network community and attendance was top notch, and we shared and learned so much from each other.

If you're ready to make a bigger impact but feel stuck and want to bet on yourself, then the Leap Academy Leadership Program is for you. When I joined Leap Academy, I felt like a broken bird. A year of running on the hamster wheel at my job had clipped my wings and drained my confidence. I knew I was destined for more, but I couldn’t see the way forward. Joining Leap was a game changer for me. I left module 2 of the Foundations Program just 2 weeks later feeling like a total badass. Somewhere along the way, I had forgotten my own strength, and this program reminded me of who I am. It reignited my dreams and helped me envision a bolder future. The transformation was so striking that my family even asked me whether I’d joined a cult, and they weren’t kidding. They urged me to look into Leap, but of course, I’d already done my research before joining. Working with the incredible Leap coaches and connecting with fellow leaders in the International Leap Network has continually expanded my vision of what’s possible for me. If you're ready to take a career leap and believe in the power of investing in yourself, I can’t recommend Leap Academy enough. It’s the best investment you’ll ever make!

The Leap Program is highly structured to discover your key strengths and your career direction. Ilana Golan and her inspirational coaching team are top notch leader in designing a new positive mindset for both your personal and career dimensions. 1000% grateful to the whole team! Highly recommended for anyone who wants to maximize themselves to your full potential.

Ilana Golan is accessible, driven, and genuinely passionate about changing people’s lives for the better, as are her staff. The coaches are truly incredible, authentic, caring, competent, and accomplished people! The network of hundreds of extraordinarily people they’ve built is perhaps the most valuable career resource you’ll ever find.

Terrific experience with Leap Academy. Jacqui was my coach and she was phenomenal. The positive mindset, growth and work to reposition yourself and help you see potential you may never have thought about prior is crucial to the next phase of your career. The zone of genius is powerful.
