Leap Academy Ilana GolanReviews of leapacademy.com

Leap has provided outstanding networking opportunities with leaders and professionals from every business environment. Getting feedback and insight from others on my goals was priceless, as was the support from the experienced coaches implementing sound business and life strategies. I have renewed enthusiasm and excitement for the next stage of my professional career.

I chose Leap Academy Foundations because of their comprehensive approach to personal and professional development. Their exceptional team provided me with invaluable support through one-on-one executive coaching and enhancing my executive presence. The multiple weekly seminars were both insightful and transformative, covering a broad range of foundational topics, from time management to cultivating a growth mindset. This program has been instrumental in helping me gain greater confidence and clarity about my goals, both in life and in my career, guiding me towards becoming the new version of myself. This is a must do to unlock your hidden potential.

I came Leap stuck in a career I had spent over 20 years in and one I had started but wasn't going anywhere. It helped me into a new lane of understanding how to see myself from an outside perspective, and how to strategize a new path incorporating both disciplines. It is a succinct curriculum with tremendous support through several weekly calls and 1 to 1 coaching. I am in a different place entirely from when I started and I am so very grateful I took the Leap!!

The Leap Program takes a holistic approach to career path management, from allowing the space and tools for personal exploration, to personalized coaching sessions, workshops, training collateral and most importantly an amazing network of talented like minded and incredibly driven individuals that are willing and able to help each other

My experience in the Foundations academy has been transformative. It's been beneficial for me to experience a mindset reset, and I'm not turning back! It's been great to have the support of the experts and the entire Leap network.

Although it’s still early in my participation, I have begun to notice positive shifts in both my approach and mindset. The initial modules have proven impactful in helping me reframe how I think as well as how I carry myself.
