It's helped me re-position and brand myself, stop playing small, and connect with so many people across industries I would've never had access to. I just wish I had done it sooner!

Leap has helped me move from clarity to conviction strengthening my leadership voice, sharpening my strategic thinking, and giving me the confidence to intentionally design the next chapter of my career rather than simply react to it. I’m deeply grateful for the community, the coaching, and the space to grow alongside such driven leaders. Excited for what’s ahead and honored to be part of the Leap journey.

I continue to support Leap Academy and the participants in the network because of the growth I have gained in my connection to them. Ilana's coaching for my career in an intimate setting over multiple days was invaluable. She suggested opportunities for my business development from personal experience and I can easily implement them. The bonus was gaining additional understanding of growing by listening to other participants ask questions in support of their development where I could take notes and adjust recommendations to suit my business when the time comes.
