Terrible customer service. I was charged without my authorization, and despite reaching out to have the charge refunded, they have refused to give me my money back. I’m extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled. I would not recommend this company based on my experience

Hey Chontae, your plan bills every 28 days, so a charge and order were processed on October 1, 2026. That order has already shipped, so per our refund policy it isn't eligible for a refund. Your subscription will cancel on October 28, 2026, with no further charges after that. Thank you!

I was on highest dose of tirzepatide and provided proof as was advised to do. On my initial Dr appt. The dr fills the lowest dose and sends me a messsge 15 min before my appt and refused to speak to me during my appt time!! I am stil fighting to get my dose straight and just found out they’ve shipped 2nd month with same lowest dose. It’s literally like throwing my money down the drain. Do not trust these people!!
