Never received first dose
Never received first dose, but was charged and when asked about refund, they avoided the issue.

Unfortunately a scam
I was charged for my second shipment, it should have arrived a week ago and now there’s been no update and no way to reach them. I email the address on my portal constantly and i call the number in the portal 800-555-1234 and it directs me to legal services. I guess its a scam after all.

This is a scam site
This is a scam site! They took money and all they do is send the same email Daley say my prescription is delayed. They have refused to return my money on two occasions! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SITE!

Hey Tony, totally hear you, and we’re real people here! Our partner pharmacies fill and ship the meds, and there have been some delays lately, which we know is super frustrating. I just sent you a private request here on TP. If you send your email through that, I’ll personally look into your order and refund request.

NO Customer support
Talked with a person that I could barely understand. I was told that there would be a consultation call monthly before every shipping of the next month. No Call, Talked with Customer support they had no answers scheduled me conference with Dr. gave me no date or time for this. Very unpleased Would NOT recommend.

Hey Greg, your refill check-in form gets emailed monthly so you can let us know how things are going, but you can always ask to talk with a provider live too! I’ll have my team send you a check-in email in case you want to get connected. Sorry about the confusion!

They had problems get information to me…customer service was great
They had problems get information to me correctly but did follow through and so far very happy with them. I fell they are reputable and work to resolve issue I had.
