This company could not be any worse or more unresponsive. My issue with delivery to the wrong address has been "escalated" 8 times, yet no one has fixed it. They use AI for responses and repeatedly get the situation wrong. Reaching a Supervisor is impossible. They have my money but I don't have the medication. Some might call that theft! Unless you enjoy frustration, stay away from this company!

I have had repeated problems with Lean Meds getting my medication right. Errors have continued to occur with my orders, which is a serious concern when it comes to something people take for their health. When I raised these issues, I did not get meaningful follow up, and my requests to speak with a supervisor went unanswered. I am still working to resolve a billing matter as well, but my main concern is medication accuracy and safety. As a healthcare professional, I hold companies in this space to a high standard, and I would urge anyone considering them to double check every order against their prescription and keep records of all communication. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!

I switched from another company that provided my GLP-1. I provided LeanMeds with this information, along with my current dosage. I never received a call from a provider, and they sent me medication at the lowest dosage. I reached out again and provided proof of my dosage. I was told a provider would review it and update my dosage. Days passed and nothing. I reached back out and asked for an appointment which the soonest was over a week out. Showed up on time for my appoinment online and the provider never showed. No call either. Additionally, I signed up for their $ 50-a-month promotion, but I was charged $100. When I complained about this, they said I needed to sign up during the promotion (which I did, and I explained this to them), and they refused to adjust it. This company is a total scam

FOLLOW UP 10.19 i wanted to let you all know that the company did refund me my total purchase on Oct 5th, but i didnt see it until this AM on my bank statement. With that said, know your rights! Especially how to formally dispute charges. Bank debit cards only have 3 days and not 30 as with credit cards. Its equally important to know your responsibilities to dispute and cancel immediately to avoid any pending and FUTURE charges. Look up your rights under theROSCA and Feds Click to Cancel rule. You have rights under Federal and state consumer protection laws. And always use Trust pilot to get your truth out there!!! . Using the BBB is a waste of time. They charge businesses for a phony representation that they are a reputable company to use and do not protect consumers. They have no regulatory power. The same things happened to me with this company. 1. Charged over 500.00 for services that were never rendered to begin with. Never got at appointment. I complained from day 1, I could not get one. I was told not to reply to chat, but to wait on a phone call. That did not happen. 2. Never received my teledoc appointment which in the State of MS, it is required by law, that it must be live. Miss. Code Ann. § 83-9-351 (2017): “Telemedicine” means the delivery of health care services such as diagnosis, consultation, or treatment through the use of interactive audio, video, or other electronic media. Telemedicine must be “real-time” consultation, and it does not include the use of audio-only telephone, e-mail, or facsimile. That alone was reason I should never have been charged or at least my money returned to me pending that appointment happening. So I contacted my bank after successful attempts to resolve the issues directly with Lean Meds at their various numbers and online chat sources, to no avail. Then out of the blue, an RX shows up at my house. How on earth were they allowed to do that was my first thought. And several red flags were raised that had me concerned. Then just like so many others on here, wrong dosage, the shipment of glp was warm. So, when I saw I was illegally charged, I disputed with my bank , who understood my concerns and had me fill out a form to not only dispute the charges, They had me replace my bank card with a different one. Which I did on Sept 14th. And this was done along with emails provided to the bank to show the several emails prior that were repetitive and gregarious in nature and did not address the issues I had that included no teledoc appointment, sending the wrong dosages ( this after I provided proof of my dosage from prior RX after they demanded it). Then when that wasn't addressed, the sent me an additional RX that was again, wrong dosage and it came warm !! But yet, at no time, was the issue of not getting the teledoc appointment as required by the State of MS where I live, given Live or in person. And that rebuttal from the company wasn't done until Oct 2nd. I was out of town from Oct 2nd thru the 9th and did not have access to my email but since my bank reversed the charges, nothing happened from that point on. Until I saw today, the bank did a provisional reversal back to my account. And I don't know why, its the weekend but believe me, we will be addressing it! Because now they have violated my rights as a consumer, violated state laws by which The Attorney General in Mississippi will receive my formal complaint and the DEA will be notified. I will provide a followup for anyone that reads this complaint and let you all know the latest. I can be found on social media and I think there is even a fb page showing the hundreds of other complaints out there.

This is the worst company on processing the order and shipping...they blame the pharmacy! Then they need to find another rx to fill scripts. From the time they got my $ (comes out on the 10th), then I was promised it would ship by 16th, I didn't receive until the 25th! Sometimes cheaper isn't better!
