I am still waiting after 27 days of my monthly payment for my prescription to arrive. The customer service does get back to you right away but I think bc it is ai. It never has anything useful to say. They kept telling me I need another intake form submitted but no one supplied me with one nor was it in my online account. That took 2 weeks to finally get it. Then they acted like my prescription was delayed bc i was the one who just didn't fill in the form. Now they say the pharmacy is back logged. I'm sure their intentions were good but this isn’t a sweater. It is medication and they need to do a lot better if they want to stay in business.

Your pharmacy canceled my rx after talking to me . Its been 2 months and I have not received my refund or my NDA rx that YOUR PHARMACY Canceled. I did receive most of my RX but it was sitting on my porch in 100 degree temperature 1 bottle extremely hot. How is this good business?

This company is so GHETTO! I'm a dummy for even trying to business with them. I signed up at the end of August (its October now). It took over a week to get an appointment with a provider. No one called me. Took many calls to get another appointment a week later. The provider didn't call or contact me again. After calling and complaining, they promised to escalate. A provider finally reached out and approved me. Then, a few days later, they said that didn't count because the provider called my state requires a video call. They tell me the next appointment isn't until the end of September. Days later a "provider" called me and said your approved your Rx is being sent to the pharmacy and hung up. Then I got an email saying it would ship in 2-3 days 5 days later I received the same email everyday for a week. I called to get some clarity and the person said I'd have it by Wednesday, no later than Friday. I didn't believe him, so I called back today and agreed to wait until Friday. Minutes later, I got a refund alert from my bank. The rep cancelled my money for no reason. When I called back for an explanation, the rep forgot to put me on hold, and I heard her supervisor mocking me. I told her to forget it, and I decided to move on. I'm not starting over because I cant trust them. They wasted over a month on my time. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt.

SCAM! They advertise 2-3 days, I've been waiting over 3 weeks. Keep getting an email saying the pharmacy is back up. You should advertise the pharmacy is back up to give us the option if we want to complete the order or not. Don't wait until after we pay and then say the pharmacy is back and you CAN NOT get a refund.

I paid for my medication and its been almost a month and haven't received it yet. They are constantly saying that the pharmacist has a back log. I hate that I dealt witj this company. I should have read all of the reviews.

This has been a nightmare of an experience. I have been on tirzepatide for 13 months. Currently on 0.9 mg weekly. Switched to this company for the discounted rate of 1100 or 1200 dollars for a year- no matter the dose. Well, trying to get an initial appointment- every opening on the website when I clicked book- “not available “. Every one. I tried and tried and even went out a couple weeks-nope. But the time I got an appointment it was 2 weeks. Appointment day- no phone call. Called customer service- very difficult to get anyone and then someone who can help! Rescheduled me- and again- no appointment call. But then I got an email that my prescription was approved and sent to the pharmacy. What? They did not speak with me and when I got my meds (22 days after they get my money) it is a starting dose. Not the dose I have been taking. I took a photo of the prescription I was on and the bottle and uploaded to my portal. Reached out to customer service and am getting the runaround. I am beyond frustrated. I want this corrected or I want my money back. Feels like this company is a scam. Shame on me.

I am trying to cancel my subscription and I cant seem to find that option. Technical support has been very frustrating. Can any customers help me?

Terrible Experience! Spoken to customer service four times trying to get my order sent properly. They each tell me it will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours and it has been over a week and a half now. One customer service rep actually argued with me on the phone. This company has scammed hundreds of people out of money and not sent product. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM
