Representative was very friendly and explained everything

EDIT 10/21/26 Just received a call from Leanmeds. I was informed that I will be getting a full refund as well as my replacement medication. I will update in the next few weeks. If Leanmeds does make this right I will update my rating. Leanmed is the worst company I have ever dealt with, save your money and go somewhere else. My first months tirz took way longer to get to me than stated in my portal I put in for my first refil the day I took my third shot 9/15/26. I told the representative on the phone that I was going out of town for 2 weeks on the 24h. I was assured that I would have the refill before I left. Long story short the result didn't come until October while I was still away and by the time I was able to get it the medication was hot and useless. When I asked for a replacement I was sent completely different prescription and after care report even though I never submitted anything new for a doctor to review. The company is refusing to send me the correct prescription and it's been stonewalling ever since. They refuse to send me the correct prescription or a refund. I'm in limbo now as I can't go somewhere else until they refund me and I'm completely thrown off where I was with my weight loss. It's also taking a toll on me emotionally because this company is so cruel. I recommend staying away from them and I question all the invited five-star reviews. I have all the documentation to back up my claims. I've began legal action that includes reporting to the local authorities, having my attorneys reach out to the FTC as well as the Better Business Bureau. Unless you want your money stolen don't use this company.

I was given Leanmeds.com by my doctor. I answered the question and entered my debit card number and the minute I entered my number Leanmeds withdrew $588 from my bank account. I was not given the price of the product nor was given any information about the subscription, the cancelation and refund policy. I spoke to three people today and not one of them could find me in their database but they took the money out of my account immediately. I was told by chat that they canceled my subscription but refused to refund my money so now I am out $588. I didn't receive a private message. How do I contact someone regarding the response I received from Leanmeds?

I do not have anything to complain about. I am getting my medication on time. I have spoke with a nurse and a provider and I also have a coach. So far, I have gotten very good service.

I had no problem with their process and the Compound Trizepitide is awesome as it does what it should. I’m down to 126lbs with two more weeks to go. I canceled my subscription and they emailed me to ask how I was doing. I will be done after next week goal will be accomplished . Don’t want to get too skinny🤣 I’m just n a size 5 Thanks LeanMeds!

It took me about four times before I could take to a Dr.. But when I did, it went great.

Smooth process so far. Doctor was great ! So far, so good!
