Terrible, from the start the 555-1234 phone number makes you think the company is a scam. Second you wait weeks to get an appointment. It took me a month, now that I had a doctor's appointment my meds have been almost two weeks on delay. So it seems at the moment I will get the product I payed for two months after paying. Iam extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with this company. They are only a median between pharmacy and doctors and nobody knows what the other said or promised. Everyone gives different answers and they do not allow refunds whatsoever. Buyer beware or just stay away.

Number one first mess up is don't mess with this company do not I repeat do not mess with this company they are a bunch of bull lie cheat still, first off they sent my medicine to the wrong address second off the shipment to do for the shipment that they messed up has not made it to my house I have been 2 months now without medicine everything is sorry for your day sorry for the delay sorry for the delay not only have they messed up my health because of this financially they keep trying to take money out of my account had to change my bank account because I kept trying to take money out of it I drive already told them don't touch my money cancel my subscription still have not got any medicine for them and they will not give me a refund I repeat if you will go for this company you have messed up do not I repeat do not buy from them order from them whatever the very worst company I've ever deal with my entire life never again

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM They will take your money, not have a televisit appointment until your next payment is almost due, then the provider will not show up to the call, so you call customer service just for them to repeat “im sorry” and we have to escalate this issue for a call back (which never comes) or you get s different number to call for the bulling dept just for them to repeat the above. They will also tell you that you cannot get a refund because your meds are waiting to be shipped because you DO NOT have to talk to the provider to get an RX which IS A BOLD FACED LIE. You do have to talk to a provider to get a prescription filled.

So far so good, my first monthly prescription came and am two days away from taking my 3rd dose, hoping my next months dosage arrives on time...

Waited forever for a appointment. Did the appointment and then did not receive the medication. Called complaining, they refused to refund me. Scheduled another appointment. Got stood up. Still no refund. Worse headache and sooo not worth it! Ps: they replied to me here and not on my email or phone. Still no meds.

Problems connecting to Coaching calls. Have not received my second order of meds. Reported missing meds to customer support, no response.

So I guess I’ve joined the ranks of scammed, I had recently ordered from another site and was not getting my anywhere with them, in desperate attempt to get medication that I need, I paid for a month, and now after 13 days of excuses and delays I am again still waiting, this needs to stop

I searched the product and went online filled out the questionnaire put in my information and was given a time for my appointment via phone call phone call never happened called complained got another one scheduled two days later during that time I spoke to a consultant and told them if I could not get my current medication that I was taking I wanted to cancel. I did not want to move further, so I told her to cancel that I was not interested and instead they charged my card. They sent the prescription to the pharmacy before I even had my interview and started the process of the medication prescription being filled. I didn’t even have a consultation and you were filling a prescription to send me that is wrong during that interview, I could have divulge some type of illness that prevented me from having that medication, but they didn’t care they sent it to the pharmacy anyway to get my money. That’s all it was about and then I tried to cancel and oh you can’t cancel because we already sent this prescription to the pharmacy, but I didn’t receive it for a week later with the email saying oh we’re working on it. We’re working sorry for the delay. Then I finally get the prescription and it is the wrong one of course the wrong strength wrong dosage after I sent them a photo and told the consultant on the phone what medication I was on with a photo included and they still sent the one they wanted so now I have useless medication. I’m trying to get the next shipment changed and I’ve been trying to contact these people for I don’t know three weeks now that someone was gonna get back to me. The emails are a joke they keep saying the same thing like they were auto generated from something. This company is a scam. Update to the response that they left about wanting to make it right and I clearly stated what I wanted and I get an interview for Saturday, 26 September at 11:50 and no one ever calls me again same crap and the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. It also says connect with support and it’s a chat bot do real people even work at this place. 2nd update, I did get a call from the patient support clinical person and she did fix the medication strength and dose but that was 3 weeks ago and still no medication has been shipped. Going on week 3 of shot interruption. Clearly this company has bad communication skills and doesn’t care whether you get your meds as long as they get your money for doing absolutely nothing. I was totally ripped off and think this is a scam
