This is the worst company on processing the order and shipping...they blame the pharmacy! Then they need to find another rx to fill scripts. From the time they got my $ (comes out on the 10th), then I was promised it would ship by 16th, I didn't receive until the 25th! Sometimes cheaper isn't better!

I am trying to cancel my subscription and I cant seem to find that option. Technical support has been very frustrating. Can any customers help me?

Problems connecting to Coaching calls. Have not received my second order of meds. Reported missing meds to customer support, no response.

Meds are absolutely NO GOOD!! Money wasted!!

Placed my order 08/20/2026. Card was immediately charged. I received several emails stating there was a delay with the pharmacy and they apologize. 1 week later no update so I called and was told a "waiver" document needed to be submitted by "Lean meds" to the physician and there was nothing for me to do. I was assured the physician would sign off in 24hours and my order would be out this week. Well today is the 9/9/2026 72hours since my last call. No updates unless I call. Placed on hold, only to receive the same delayed message each time. Some of the phone numbers they provide route to a medical alert company. This has been an extremely disappointing experience with the company. Buyer BEWARE!!!

They took my money and then sent me the incorrect dose which was what I was taking 10 weeks ago. instead of my current high dose that I told them I wanted to continue taking during the ordering process. Trying to contact someone about the dose was hard because the phone number on the website sends us to elderly care and things telling us about life alert. So I had to send a message and then go look in my emails to find another way to contact a human. I talked to a customer service guy who assured me that everything would be corrected and I didn't have to worry about anything. He scheduled an appointment for me to talk to the doctor and told me they would fix it and that it would be sent out that same day after speaking with the doctor. I talked to her and was told she corrected it and to call lean meds back to get the shipping information. I did that and got some messed up broken communication. Then an email telling me that they can't find a valid card to charge my shipment to. I was in disbelief at that point 2 days later, thinking that my order would be sent to me immediately. No. They want to take my money again after sending me the wrong dose and telling me that they were fixing it. So I'm looking for more answers and find the 1st message I sent to them being answered 7 hours after I had my appointment the day after talking with the customer service guy, saying that they can't give me a refund but to make an appointment with the doctor about the dose and that if they dont hear back from me the cancelation request will be honored and my membership will cancel and no future payments will be processed. So I had found all this 3 days later thinking that everything was fine and I would be getting my new shipment this morning after i had spoke to the doctor and the weird call after her, but that was not the case. It's Friday now and My order hadn't even shipped from talking with her on Tuesday at 11am its Friday 9am. I sent responses to both the fulfillment center and the customer service support person that sent me the late email around 7 am. Im waiting now to see what happens. I will update this review accordingly. UPDATE: So the doctor had changed my dose but is using the same total quantity/strength. So what that means is I won't need another bottle, I just need to increase the units per dose. However I had to figure that out on my own because no one ever called or emailed me back to tell me that I could just up the dose instead of having to wait on extra meds. So it has been 1 week since I wrote this and I will give 1 star more because the dose was correteted and was inputted. But they still haven't attempted to reach out or respond. For that reason, I can't give them more stars. Communication is very important, especially after stressing out your client. I hope this long review helps you decide weather or not you want to deal with this company. The prices are worth it if you get the correct dose.
