Gave me the best interest rate out of all the student loan refinancing options that I applied to. Saving me over $50,000 as my previous interest rates go up and up... refinancing with DRB was the best financial decision I’ve ever made!

This is a very easy process. If I had a complaint it would be that I didn’t fully understand the difference between student (federal) versus private. But, customer service and the process for conversion and the savings are all worth it! Glad this was an option for me.

I had a great experience with Laurel Road - refinancing my student loans! My payment went from $538/month to $622/month but it cut over 9 years off of my loan term - from 25 to 15 years! No prepayment penalties. They sent me an amazon gift card once signing with them! All done online and the support was great! It was a great decision for me, I am very happy that I took the time to refinance and Laurel Road offered the best rates and great service!

I had a very good experience refinancing with Laurel Road. Originally, I was looking to refinance with Sofi, who I had heard offered great rates and support. However, when I received offers from Sofi, Laurel Road was willing to negotiate with me and beat the interest rate that Sofi offered. I pitted the two against each other to see who would go lowest, and Laurel Road appeared to have the most flexibility, even if it was only by lowering the interest rate by .03%. The customer service for Laurel Road was fantastic throughout the application process and was very understanding of the fact that I was trying to get the best rate and was fielding offers from other companies. Five Stars.

I was very impressed with the ease of application with Laurel Road. While you still have to spend some time uploading all of the necessary documents, they have great customer service willing to help you along the way, and you know you are working with a company that wants to help you.
