I was pleased with the application process and how I was approve quickly and was refinanced. I'm happy with my interest rate and that I'll be paying my student loan off years in advance. Can't believe I didn't do it sooner.

I was shopping around online to refinance my graduate school loans. I received a flyer in the mail from Laurel Road and found their online loan pre-approval process to be very easy. After they offered me the lowest rate for which I was pre-approved, refinancing with Laurel Road was an easy decision. Since enrolling, I have also had two excellent encounters with their customer service, both in terms of availability and interaction. This only further solidified my decision to refinance with Laurel Road.

It was extremely easy to transfer my student loans over to Laurel Road! When I needed additional help I was automatically connected to a customer service rep without needing to wait on hold. It was painless!

My wife and I were paying five loans to Nelnet at what we consider a very high interest rate for an education loan; three at 7.9% and two at 8.5%. We took the Laurel Road promotion letter to our financial advisor who told us that lowering our interest rate could only help. He was right. The application process was fairly straight forward, the approval was immediate once we had submitted all requested documents and we are very pleased with our lower interest rate. This will enable us to pay off the parent plus loans sooner and will save nearly $10,000 in interest. We couldn't be more pleased.

Much better than my previous loan provider. Very easy to get started and use.

Online application process was excellent. Approval was quick and interest rate saves me literally thousands of dollars a year over what I was paying before. My only issue was trying to get the overpayment from my previous lender (automatically sent to Laurel Road) applied as part of a month's normal payment instead of just being applied to principal. It got worked out but it took a bit.

Very easy to apply, Quick communication and they gave me the best rate out there. I’m very appreciative of Laurel Road. Student loans can be a burden, it’s nice to have someone looking out for you.
