Don’t ever travel with this company!! I paid so many money for nothing! I rented a car from them and when I get to Spain they said I could not get the car before I paid 7000 dkk?! I already paid and tried to call last minute but they didn’t answer and I did not get the car, I paid 1500 dkk and they said I could not get my money back, there after I paid so many money for taxi because I didn’t get the car!!! Pas på med dette rejse selskab , de hjælper dig ikke hvis du ikke får det som du et lovet på din rejse , virkelig ikke anbefales !!! Rejser aldrig med dette selskab igen.. bare en advarsel til dem som læser dette!!

Booked our trip to ICELAND using lastminute.com, we booked flights with accommodation and hire car. That's where we went wrong straight away. The flights through easy jet were spot on. The car hire was the first hurdle. We arrived, filled out the documents then to be told it was £2500.00 safety deposit. I didn't have that amount on my credit card nor was I expecting to pay such a large fee. We then took out their insurance policy costing me £145.00 to get round such a ridiculously high fee. I'm sure if I ever get a refund for that through lastminute they will give me all of £20.00. We then arrive at the self check in hotel where we had no code for the garage or entry to the bulding/room. Lastminute booked it using Expedia on our behalf and never set up the emails to come through to us. After a painful 30-45 minutes we had our access code. I couldn't believe they can book through another 3rd party on our behalf and not directly. SHOCKING. NEVER USING AGAIN!

Pleased do not book with this company, totally unreliable, so un helpful, all they want is to take your money and not give you your holiday. Worst company I have ever booked with

Savnede lidt i formation i form af mails. Men derudover har jeg intet negativt at sige. Alt gik nemt og planmæssigt.

I can't rate this company any lower. Booked a holiday with flights through them, and changed my mind within 12 hours (booked a better deal with a different company). Contacted customer support today to be told - even though I paid a £550 deposit (Total value: £1950), I was still going to be charged the full amount before any refund could be given. I was then told they couldn't refund flights... but they also couldn't provide me with flight booking ref as the full amount had not yet been paid. They told me it would take up to 7 days to process any refund - my airline only allows refunds up to 24 hours after booking has been made; so 7 days would basically mean I've paid for 2 return flights with now little to no chance of getting a refund of my flights booked via Lastminute. Customer service don't care, and just throw their terms & conditions at you. I explained the airline's 24-hour free cancellation policy, and that 7 days would be too long; only to be told to be "patient". I left the computer for 2 minutes, only to return to a 'timed-out' message on my customer chat screen. Trust these reviews - Do NOT deal with this outfit. Shameful, shameful, shameful.

I have been trying for over a month to get a refund for an outbound flight that was cancelled by the airline. The process is insane. It is impossible to talk to anyone other than a chatbot. Finally, after numerous enquiries, today my "options for refund" arrived via email. Turns out that anything other than a travel voucher with the same company involves a 35 Euro admin fee and will take months, even though the cancellation came from their side. Ripoff!

I booked 2 flights and paid for the flex rate to be able to change the flight if I needed to do so. And when I had to change my travel dates it's been a nightmare! LASTMINUTE has asked me so much money every time I have requested the change. Insead of paying the ticket difference that according to lastminute website is only a few pound they asked me to pay nearly 1k. So I paid the flexi for nothing. The company is a legally accepted fraud. They take your money and they ask you more and more. DO NOT USE THEM! even if they displayed a better rate is not worth your wellbeing, your money! They are terrible, they just want to rip you off

This company can improve by stopping trading. Flights to Australia with no baggage allowance then wanting £600 each way for 20 kilos outrageous. They need to be shut down.
