LastaforestReviews of lastaforest.com

I'm very satisfied with the quality, and in my opinion, the product offers good value for the price. Lastaforest sent me the wrong item, but after I contacted them, the problem was resolved without any hassle.

Absolutely amazing products. The design, the feel, the finish and the whole vibe with Lastaforest products is just awesome. Evgen when I had an issue with one of the products it was replaced right away...and I am based our of South Asia so yea they really take customer service very seriously. Amazing people to deal with.

Great product- great customer experience

Great products & arrived in a reasonable time!

Very disappointing experience. I placed an order, only to be told several days later that the item was not actually in stock. I requested a cancellation, and the company confirmed it. However, despite never shipping the order or providing any product, they have continued to hold my money and asked me to wait 10–25 business days for a refund. It’s now been over a week since my payment was taken, and I’ve had to open a PayPal dispute to try to get my money back. If you don’t have an item in stock, you shouldn’t charge customers and then make them wait weeks for a refund. I would not order from this company again.

Liers! Stay away

Most unreliable shop ever! Stay away

Both of the items that I ordered (separately) are pure garbage. The bean mister works on occasion and has to be continually charged. The vacuum for cleaning the my single use bean grinder is also a piece of crap with little to no suction. In both cases, I should have ordered similar items from Amazon and not had to wait three weeks for the slow boat from China.
