Products were OK The shipping is unbearable And it is not a carrier issue It took them 15-20 days and 10 emails to deliver the product to the carrier in the first place I dont think i am ordering again because the delivery estimates are not even close to being legit

Customer service is great! The products are amazing but sometimes there are mistakes and is when having a great customer service helps. Love everything I’ve gotten from Lastaforest.

I ordered a portafilter for my Gaggia Classic Up, and it arrived on time. The product was well made and beautiful, but unfortunately, it didn't fit my machine. I reached out to customer service and they quickly reached out to solve the issue. They sent me a replacement portafilter head, which fit my Gaggia perfectly!

I made my order 16.09 - since then 25 days I don't have any information about delivery, I cannot track my order. You can reach service support only by mail- they will answer you whatever they want. You cannot call them ,they do not respond on direct messages in Instagram also. Wy worst internet purchase EVER

I ordered a crema separator, which unfortunately broke while I was cleaning it. The handle had come loose from the cup; in my opinion, it should have been secured with at least two spot welds. This appears to have been a production flaw rather than an issue caused by Lastaforest. Nevertheless, they sent me a replacement free of charge. I appreciate the way they handled the situation and their customer service.

I ordered a bottomless portafilter, but unfortunately it didnt fit my espresso machine. And where i live it would cost alot in shipping to send it back. But Lastaforest where so nice that i got a refund and didnt have to send the portafilter back. So it was awesome customer service.
