I am having to put way more coffee in that is recommended. I still get a watery puck. The extraction is not spread over the bottom of the portafilter but seems to come out of one spot. I replaced my Breville portafilter for that reason.

The coffee accessories are of decent quality, but the shipping time and customer service are extremely disappointing.

Really long delivery time. Almost 1 month it took to get it delivered. When I contacted the client service I got no answer.

I purchased the espresso vacuum wand. I am disappointed in the size, it is smaller than what I had expected for the dollar amount paid. the collection chamber is small and fills up quickly. I believe the video shows the advanced barista vacuum version, which is misleading for the home espresso model. The charging cord was faulty, would not charge, so that went into the trash bin. I would return it if it were easier to conduct business. I'll stick with Amazon or Temu for any further express accessories I need.

So disappointed to learn that these item are just cheap Chinese products rebranded as something European. Bought a digital thermometer that works fine and their high profile funnel portafilter, that’s supposed to make your espresso better tasting…it doesn’t. Closer to the opposite, actually. It also took forever. Won’t be back.

Magnetic Puck screen holder is a worthless piece of crap. Magnet barely works when using it with the included pick screen, is so weak it might as well not be there, and since that was the whole reason for buying this it has made it another piece of junk to go in the bin.

Product is ok, but it took ages to arrive and is pretty poor construction for how much you pay. The product is clearly just from Ali Express.

Not good. Super late on delivery. Items ordered were not in stock. They did reach out about that to ask what I would prefer it be replaced with, then sent the wrong replacement and offered no resolution for that. They also divided my order into multiple packages, one of which I have still not received a month after ordering. The items I did receive were nothing special in terms of quality. They look nice in photos though. I would not recommend.
