I ordered a portafilter for my Gaggia Classic Up, and it arrived on time. The product was well made and beautiful, but unfortunately, it didn't fit my machine. I reached out to customer service and they quickly reached out to solve the issue. They sent me a replacement portafilter head, which fit my Gaggia perfectly!

The Anti-static sprayer worked well initially and then stopped working after a few uses. Lastaforest have replaced the sprayer and the new one seems to be working well.

Was very pleased with the quality of purchased product (step down portafilter basket 58-32) and the company’s communication. Recommend

Amazing little gadget. As others have said, it’s not essential, but it is quite joyful to use. I’ve not measured it scientifically, but the mist seems finer than what I get from a spray bottle, which might mean less risk to your burrs/grinder. Happy with it.

A solid, well made product that fills a very specific and longstanding need in my coffee repertoire: an effective way to clean the grinder of coffee dust and debris. This product seems up to the task so far. Delivery was a little slow but not too bad.

I was not home when it was delivered but my Son unpacked it and it seems very good. The reason that I give a four star rating is the overall delivery time of several weeks and limited info during the delivery proces. At a vertaling moment I felt indirect. But very nice stuff!

Quality products at a reasonable price, well designed and reliable. A useful add on for the home barista. Only thing that could use improvement is shipping which should be faster. All in all great experience!
