LastaforestReviews of lastaforest.com

Started out with an incomplete shipment, a key part was missing. Their follow-up was quick and effective. Not every transaction is smooth, but a good recovery counts! I will continue to use Lastaforest and their products.

Bought a couple of espresso glasses. Only one arrived. Customer service was super friendly, and missing glass arrived a few days later. Happy.

Lastaforest has a great customer service. I made a wrong order and they, kindfully, send me the right one.

They made a mistake in the delivery (the 1st in five years) I call the attention to the customer service and after 2 weeks they fully fixed the issue. It’s a reliable supplier.

I order a barista tool from LASTAFOREST on July 23, 2026. I payed US$17.89 for shipping with the 4-6 working days of delivery time. It arrived only on August 12. I got no explanations, no excuses. It was very hard to get any answer from Customer Service. Just got dreadful service. First and last purchase from LASTAFOREST. I will take my business elsewhere.

I purchased two items around Christmas 2025 had a bit of delays with customs over the festive season. Fast forward to now start of July 2026 my bottomless portafilter broke one of its ears, emailed about the problem they sent out a new head no question and no form of dismissal of the damage. May be it was a faulty part maybe something wasn’t sat correctly at the time it’s unclear. But great costumer service and communication.

Highly recommended for everyone Very fast responses and accurate problem solving. International shipping was quick, and the product arrived in perfect condition.

Had a faulty item, they responded within a day and shipped a replacement unit
