LastaforestReviews of lastaforest.com

Products are well made and enhance my morning coffee ritual. Customer service is top-notch. Had a problem with an order, and they jumped in to solve it at once. Very pleased with Lastaforest.

I received the wooden scale and damaged during shipment, the customer support promptly helped to send a replacement unit. I am a happy customer.

I am having to put way more coffee in that is recommended. I still get a watery puck. The extraction is not spread over the bottom of the portafilter but seems to come out of one spot. I replaced my Breville portafilter for that reason.

I received the wrong item. When I reported the item as incorrect I was told it was not a problem I should just use the wrong item, then I was told I didn't understand how to use the item. No acceptable resolution was offered. These items are too expensive to have bad customer service. I will not order anything from here again

amazing service, went above and beyond to help me with an issue and ensured I got the parts needed. very impressed.
