The coffee accessories are of decent quality, but the shipping time and customer service are extremely disappointing.

Website pictures are misleading so pay close attention when ordering. The picture shown is not always alligned with the selected product.

Best products and support

Efficient delivery and responsive when I had a question about my order. Items received exactly as expected.

Please do not expect a good review until you deliver one of my order item, Mach M8 Hand Crank Espresso Machine - Muvna, it is still missing! Try to find out the spresso machine first.

Best spot for my coffee gear

The entire experience, from ordering to tracking the package online, to receiving the product was extremely smooth. Well done. The product itself is excellent. Instructions were in Chinese, but a simple Google translate helped with that.

Really long delivery time. Almost 1 month it took to get it delivered. When I contacted the client service I got no answer.
