Beautiful hair, beautiful color. The hair is soft and manageable. I will be purchasing from Lashey hair again. I have had this hair installed for a week and I absolutely love it!

The product has a long delivery time and mediocre quality. First time buyer disappointed
Response from LasheyhairAug 11, 2026
Dear Customer, We are so sorry – and we completely understand why you're disappointed. You gave us a chance as a first-time buyer, and we failed you. Long delivery and mediocre quality is not what we promise, and not what you deserved. We've already started reviewing our shipping process and quality checks to make sure this doesn't happen again. Your feedback is exactly what we needed to hear – and we're taking it seriously. We know we can do better, and we'd be truly grateful if you'd consider giving us another chance in the future to show you what we're really about. If you need any assistance with your current order, please reach out to us – we're here to help.

The hair just in time so that was good. But the texture was not right at all! I looked at the reviews and their tight curly texture looks nothing what I have now! That really upset me. Because I wanted to blend with my natural hair. But now it’s going to be harder to do so.
Response from LasheyhairAug 9, 2026
Dear Customer, We messed up – and we are so sorry. You're right: if the texture you received looks nothing like what you saw in the reviews, then we failed to deliver what we promised. We completely understand how disappointing that must be, especially when you needed it to blend with your natural hair. This is not the experience we want for any customer, and we want to fix it for you. Please email us with your order number, and we'll arrange a full refund or exchange – whichever works best for you. We'll also cover return shipping. We're already updating our product descriptions to make sure this doesn't happen again. We hope you'll give us a chance to make things right.
