This was my 3rd purchase, I had an issue with a coupon earned on my 1st purchase. Trying to apply the code on this 3rd purchase it would not be received. So I emailed the customer service department and the response was switft and with step by step instructions in recovering the code. I was able to use the code within the next few days. Thank you for the customer service

I was a little nervous at first because I have never bought a product off a Facebook ad. But this was a great experience, the hair arrived on time and it is truly the best hair I have ever purchased. It’s beautiful ❤️

I really like this kinky curly hair. The color is great and the curls are soft and manageable. My only problem is that it sheds more than usual.
Response from LasheyhairSep 15, 2026
Dear Customer, thank you so much for sharing your honest feedback! 🥰 We’re so happy to hear that you love the color and that the Kinky Curly texture feels soft and manageable! ❤️ For the shedding, curly textures do need a little extra care to help minimize shedding. We recommend gently finger-detangling from the ends upward, especially when the hair is dry, and avoiding excessive brushing or pulling. Using a moisturizing conditioner and a wide-tooth comb can also help keep the curls defined while reducing unnecessary shedding. ✨ We truly appreciate your feedback and hope these tips help you get the most out of your Lashey hair! 💕

The hair is very shining this is the only thing I don't like.the small 2 tracks could be made wide with 2 combs, other than that so far I'm liking it.
Response from LasheyhairSep 1, 2026
Dear Customer, Thank you so much for your honest and thoughtful 5-star review – we truly appreciate it! 🌟 We completely understand what you mean about the hair being very shiny – some customers love that high-shine finish, but we know it's not for everyone. If you prefer a more natural, matte look, we'd recommend giving the hair a gentle wash with a sulfate-free shampoo and letting it air dry – this often helps tone down the shine beautifully. Alternatively, a dry shampoo spray can also work wonders to reduce excess gloss! We also really appreciate your feedback about the small tracks – you mentioned they could be wider and include 2 combs instead of 1. That is incredibly helpful insight, and we will definitely share this with our product team for future improvements. Most importantly, we're so glad that despite these small things, you're liking the hair – that means the world to us! We hope to welcome you back for your next order – and we'll keep your suggestions in mind as we continue to improve!

Ordered product on August 15th and it is now August 27th. The shipping information hasn't changed at all. I have reached out to customer service inquiring about my order. If I dont receive a response, I will be reaching out to my card company and disputing and will let them know this company is fraudulent.

Dear Customer, You are right – and we are so sorry. 🙏 We completely understand why you're frustrated. Your order was placed on August 15th, and it's now August 27th with no shipping updates. Worse, you reached out to us and we didn't respond in time. That is not okay, and we apologize sincerely. I want to be clear with you – and with everyone reading this: we are not fraudulent. Your order has shipped. We confirmed this as soon as we received your review. The delay in our response was due to the time difference, and we are deeply sorry for not getting back to you sooner. We have just emailed you directly with your tracking details and a full update on your shipment. Please check your inbox – we will also personally follow up to make sure everything is resolved to your satisfaction. We are also adding a small apology gift to your order – no strings attached. We hope you'll give us a chance to make this right.
