The quality of this hair is bad
The quality of this hair is bad, the clips are not secure and don't have a strong hold and it's too thin. After only wearing a few days, the hair is matted and tangled. I will not be ordering a again.

If you have any concerns about the authenticity or quality of the hair, we welcome you to have it tested through a third party – we are confident in the quality of our products. Regarding the fizziness you mentioned, this can sometimes be caused by environmental factors or the need for proper maintenance, such as using the right hair care products. We recommend using a leave-in conditioner and a wide-tooth comb to help manage the texture and reduce fizziness. I ordered on 2/9/26
I ordered on 2/9/26. Did not receive my order until 2/18/26. It was BOGO sale. I only received one set of clips in. Not 2 sets as BOGO sale indicated. Disappointed highly!
