This is completely normal and will wash out with a gentle shampoo – but we completely understand that it's an extra step you shouldn't have to deal with. We're actively working with our supplier to improve the packaging process to reduce this. That being said, we're so glad to hear that after washing, the hair held its curl beautifully and felt soft – that's exactly what we aim for! 🙌 And your comment that it's decent quality for the price really means a lot to us.
