My daughter's orthodontist charges a $25 monthly fee for payments made on braces. Thanks to my Delta Dental insurance and the partnership with Lane Health, I was able to use my Healthcare Spending Card to pay the orthodontist in full and avoid fees completely. There are so many other things I can use that extra $300 for. YES!

I put off a major dental procedure due to the cost, but the HSC card made it possible. The application was quick and easy, and I was able to get the credit I needed to cover the expense. The app is easy and I set up my repayments using my HSA.

I received an email for a denial for my glasses. I was not contacted regarding this prior to the denial if more support documentation was required. I have severe issues with communication from this flexible spending company verses the two other ones I have used in the past. If customer service if not a focus, I can see the quality measure scores dropping at this organization.
