Kimberly was so helpful
Kimberly was so helpful, bubbly and kind - hands down one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. She was able to help me access my account, easily answer questions about my Dependent Care FSA and HSA Accounts, and extended the offer to help me again should I ever need it. She even called me after hours on a Friday to make sure I had everything I needed - very much appreciate her.

Ease of use
Using the HSC card was easy and useful. I split up my medical bill into smaller chunks and was able to pay it off without destroying my monthly budget.

Referrals?
I'm surprised others do not offer this feature. It is super helpful to spread out medical expenses over many pay periods. I haven't had the need for customer service yet, as it is all working as advertised. Is there a referral program? Would love to spread the word with my co-workers and friends.

Good experience with dental work payment
Recently received my card and used it to pay for dental work I needed. No issues. Customer service was very responsive and quickly addressed a couple of questions I had when I contacted them. Excellent experience so far.
