How do you get a virtual card and can it be used prior to getting original card

Good Morning Shea. If you've requested and been approved for the Healthcare Spending Card the virtual card is available for your use prior your plastic card being delivered. IF you provide your email or phone number, we'll have an Advocate reach out to assist with "how to" instructions.
