I wasn't sure I needed another card, but the ability to manage and pay my healthcare bills in one place is a game changer. I can literally swipe and forget because I set up auto pay when I signed up. Now I pay my bills with the card and Lane Health pulls my monthly payments from my HSA account on my due date - it allows me to pay with pre-tax dollars even before I've saved them. Love this product!

Thank goodness I got this card. I was hit with a $3k hospital bill that I thought my insurance was going to fully cover. I can't pay that out of pocket in one shot. I used the card to pay for it and now can spread paying it back over a year's worth of paychecks -without interest. 😊Phew

I keep calling and your recording says cant take your call now leave messsage. I need a real live human. providers wont take the hsa card for payment. If I pay them how do I get my money back. Normally your service is good but this is unacceptable.

I have been trying to resolve repayment issues for several months. I can’t seem obtain a reliable address. The people I reach either by phone or email are very polite but ultimately unable to help me. We end up going back and forth without reaching any resolution. I send the information or answer the question and nothing happens.
