Recently received my card and used it to pay for dental work I needed. No issues. Customer service was very responsive and quickly addressed a couple of questions I had when I contacted them. Excellent experience so far.

How do you get a virtual card and can it be used prior to getting original card

Good Morning Shea. If you've requested and been approved for the Healthcare Spending Card the virtual card is available for your use prior your plastic card being delivered. IF you provide your email or phone number, we'll have an Advocate reach out to assist with "how to" instructions.

Why didn’t someone think of this before? I had major surgery last year and have had ongoing medical bills as a result. I was able to get my healthcare spending card a few months ago and now use it all the time. I literally just swipe it and they handle the rest. Makes life easy!

They do not answer the phone or return emails. I have been blocked from activating my card but again to no avail, am I able to receive assistance. Why have a number to call for help if there's no one to answer? I refuse to keep sending emails and leaving voicemails. Tighten up! #PLEASEANDTHANKYOU

Upon speaking with an agent she walked me thru how to use my virtual card prior to getting the physical card me followed up to make sure everything was taken care on my end the following day
