The worst costumer service, I would agree with everyone else. Do not buy online. I wanted to cancel my order, and so I contacted customer service...they cancelled it and I received an email confirmation. So okay, I thought it was done. I got an email a few days later saying that my order was shipped! I contacted costumer service YET again, and this time they were extremely indifferent and said that they didn’t have any record of that conversation or cancellation. They told me that there was nothing they could do but that I would just have to return it as soon as I got it. I shipped it back, and they still haven’t issued a refund. Like many others, I’m losing $ out on this one.

Horrendous customer service, made even worse by the fact that it is my elderly parents who are left out of pocket! Lancome claim delivery was attempted by DPD, however the photo provided was not of my parents' house/door. No offer to send a replacement and a refund will only be processed when DPD send the parcel back... As if that's in my parents' control. Leaving anyone out of pocket is bad enough, but when they're 75 it's tantamount to stealing!!

Do Not Order On Their Website The customer representative is very defensive and cold. I should get four items but it turns out to be three arrived without any explanations. I called the customer service and they said the other one is out-of-stock. There was no apology at all!

Very unhappy with customer service - very defensive and starting out from the wrong mindset. I had a pot of Hydra Zen in use for a few months last year and the pot itself has degraded to the point of being unpleasant to look at and touch. Its certainly does not reflect well on the brand. The product itself became pasty towards the end but don't know if that was connected. I contacted them and was asked to send receipts and photos multiple times which I did only in the end to be told thanks for giving us your feedback - effectively a standard brush off. I am not expecting a full blown free product but if I were in their shoes a couple of samples would do to thank me properly and why waste my time asking over and over again for information if they had no intention of doing anything about it? Their product packaging is defective in this instance but it seems to be my fault for drawing their attention to it. After saying this they offered a tokenistic 10% off a future purchase - you can currently get 15% off elsewhere! I am determined to look for alternative products now going forward having been a Lancome customer for probably around 20 years at least.

Lancome, doesn't deserve one star. On January 1, 2021 I ordered multiple items off of Lancome's official website, for the first time. I received a email stating my package was delivered on January 8, 2021 at 3pm. On that day, I received 4 other packages from various companies, all my packages were on my porch with the exception of my Lancome package. I was home and went out to my porch right away. Needless to say, Lancome's customer service rep was terrible. They do not refund or send out new items if UPS states they delivered. This is the most absurd policy I have ever heard of. I have the tracking information from UPS. Does Lancome, really think UPS is going to tell them we lied to you and the customer, we didn't really deliver the package (That is against the law). Lancome makes a lot money everyday and they don't protect or respect their customers, that is the definition of greed! Please, do not order off of their website unless you want to donate your money to a wealthy company.

Not professional at all. I booked a consultant with Lancome Canada through an website called Eventbrite. The day of the consultation come, and I had to wait for their National Makeup Artist to show up, which she never did. I contacted her and the feedback was :I saw that you didnt have a Canadian number that's why I didn't call you. 1. First of all she has to inform me in advance, if something was wrong with my booking and not letting me wait for her, and the worst of all I didn't receive any apologize. 2. This wasn't specify on the event ticket 3. A WhatsApp number never shows where do you leave. Since when do you need a Canadian phone number, to be called on WhatsApp within Canada? If I was planning to be their customers..after this experience NEVER AGAIN. They have to train their stuff of how to be and behave professional.

I completely agree that their customer service and return policy is crap. You need to pay for your own return when they made an error on the order. The customer service reps are not helpful.
