It looks like a scam for me. I planed to bay the Lance glasses and supported company on Indiegogo, but then because of bad reviews decided to get a refund. By Indiegogo it clearly stays "The contribution can't be refunded through Indiegogo. Please contact the campaign owner to request a refund." I have written owners 3 times - every time they answer - Indiegogo is responsible. So they just wait till 10 days for a refund are over.

There seems to be many happy customers of Lance. But unfortunately there is also a significant number of unhappy customers. Both of my glasses prescriptions were completely wrong. It took a long time with many emails for them to send me replacements. They were also wrong (and also needed to be cut to size) So I would say the risk is just to high for anyone to buy glasses from Lance. Plus they look awful on most people. So there's just no replacement for trying a pair on and getting an optician to properly do the lenses. You've been warned.

Paid too much for two pair of glasses. Received them well beyond the expected time and the prescriptions are wrong. Lance is no where to be found. Avoid this company at all costs.

I got 2 pair glasses last Octomber with wrong prescriptions. After almost 1 year I still don't have any update on this matter even thought we talked at that time and I have send them more than one emails to get an update. Another Note: even though they said at first about sending them from EU they send them from outside the EU and I had to pay extra customs for some glasses that they are on their boxes and probably never gonna wear them with this kind of communication with them.

I purchased glasses via Indiegogo, paid for them, then needed to pay more to get Progressive lenses. I was expecting to receive them in July. It’s now mid-September and I have not heard anything from the company. I have send them several emails and messages via their website, Indiegogo and Facebook, but get no reply. Buyer beware! I am very disappointed so far and feel ripped off.

Beware!! I waited over a year to get my glasses.They had the wrong prescription, I did not make a copy, so I can not confirm it was their mistake. Lance Glasses said they would send new lens, they never did. They did reply to my weekly emails, saying, soon, soon, soon, but it never happened. They make promises, lead you on, give a million excuses, but the problem remains. Another issue, minor in comparison to my useless glasses, ....they advertise spring hinges on all styles, but they arrived with out. They never did state a reason for that mistake. They are not to be trusted or believed. I was a Kickstarter backer.

Sorry to give one star, it made me do at least one. I actually want to chose 0 stars. Delay, lies and horrible reviews. Yeah, going to a local optometrist tomorrow because I have no faith I will ever get them from Lance and if by some miracle they do show up, I doubt they will be right or fixed. 9 times I backed Kickstarter, these guys ensured I never do it again. They do not respond to questions, emails, posts. They send a new email every 30 days pushing back the notification of an email for a tracking number for another 30 days. Be forewarned because I am not alone in these, there are over 1,000 waiting almost a year and I have seen half the comments from those who received them in a negative light, i.e. bad fit, scrip off, loose fit,crazy lens colors, and more like this.
